ALTAR CLASSIC (PNW/West Coast) - $7500+

    *for up to 50 guests

    Note: travel/overnight fees apply if event includes ferry and/or venue is located 100+ miles outside of the greater Puget Sound area.

  • *Rentals (Glassware, tableware, tables + chairs, linens, cake service, vases, candles + candleholders, arbor or arch) + transport/delivery of items

    *Floral (personal floral for couple including bouquet, floral arch piece for an arbor, “grower’s choice” seasonal flowers for tables in bud vases + ikebana arrangements)

    *Bar + Bar Staff (includes NA beverages, ice, glasses, fresh made mixers for 2 custom cocktails (if venue allows), barware, satellite bar, herb or fruit water station, and bartender. Couples provide alcohol with menu determined during planning process)

    *Cake for 50 (beautiful cutting cake for couple + cupcakes or sheet cakes for guests; flavors chosen from our local baker’s menu)

    *Signage (custom bar menu, welcome sign, table numbers)

    *Planning (along with above vendors that we pay, we provide research and assistance with securing outside vendors + your venue, and communicate with all of these stakeholders leading up to and day-of event. We craft and manage the timeline for the wedding day so the two of you can have a stress-free, joyful day.)

    *Design (we draw from a multitude of both high-end rental sources and our own collections to create a bespoke look for your wedding - using your color preferences and personal details)

    *Styling (day-of set up, styling, and breakdown of ceremony and reception spaces)

ALTAR HAWAII ISLAND - $9000+

    Big Island packages (avail. December-March) are priced to include our vendor travel fees + higher cost of goods and services due to the archipelago’s remote location.

    With our longtime ties to the island, we draw from our trusted relationships with on-island vendor friends and venues to craft a tropical micro wedding that is mindful of the island + its people as well as supporting local makers, farmers, growers in the lead-up to your event.

    The Hawaiian Islands have a long history of exploitive and extractive economies, which we roundly reject. Engaging with and supporting the local economy is at the forefront of our weddings in Hawaii, and as such we will NOT host weddings at large scale traditional resorts, golf courses, etc, that pull resources/water/business from local families. Instead, we prioritize weddings at city + state parks, preserves, private properties, farms, locally-owned B&Bs, and working ranches.

ALTAR DESTINATION (planning only) - $2500

  • $2,500 for full service planning + travel and lodging fee for ALTAR team

    *for up to 65 guests

  • Full-service wedding planning, design, and styling, done our way!

    If you have a destination location selected outside of the PNW/West Coast/Big Island but still want the same style of micro wedding, this package is for you, and is available world wide! (subject to calendar availability)

    We’ll work within your budget to source, design, and style your wedding using “portable” items from our collection, all the while coordinating all your vendors.

    What’s not included:

    The cost of the following items are NOT included in this package, but the planning and management of them are: Venue, DJ, Bar, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Rental Company, Catering, Cake.

    We will help find, secure, and coordinate every vendor that you need for our destination package.
