Officiant Kumu Hula Leia Lawrence provides a Hawaiian style ceremony with a custom chant (oli), blowing of the conch, a saltwater ring blessing, and personalized ceremony designed with you and your honey in mind.
Photographer Amy Fitzgerald will provide 2 hours of shooting for getting ready, ceremony, & portraits and up to 250 edited photos.
Planner Kelsi Johnson will handle beach permits (or venue arrangement), planning and concierge services, pickup/styling of cake, floral, champagne toast, and booking any additional vendors like musicians, hair and makeup, lodging, and more.
For your ceremony, we will guide you to the perfectly curated location on our beautiful island to say your vows, pickup custom personal florals (bouquet/boutonniere) from our local farmer-florists designed with your color palette in mind, a cutting cake from Nadine Lorraine, and a champagne/mimosa toast with glassware for you and your guests. We can also include additional ceremony floral, a handmade lei exchange, and possible furniture if you are getting married at a rental or venue.

Venue, lodging, catering, HMUA, rental furniture - beach weddings in Hawaii may not have arches or chairs on the sand, unless you are on a private property - in which case we would add on the rental costs to the package with pick up, delivery, and set up.

We draw from our trusted relationships with vendor friends and venues to craft a micro wedding that is mindful of place, environment, people as well as supporting local makers, farmers, growers in the lead-up to your event.Specific to Hawaii: The Hawaiian Islands have a long history of exploitive and extractive economies. Engaging with and supporting the environment and local economy is at the forefront of our weddings in Hawaii, and as such we prioritize weddings at city + state parks, preserves, private properties, farms, small inns, locally-owned B&Bs, and working ranches over corporate resorts or golf courses.

*Floral (personal floral for couple including bouquet, ceremony/altar floral, “grower’s choice” seasonal flowers for tables in bud vases + ikebana arrangements)
*Bar + Bar Staff (includes NA beverages, ice, glasses, fresh made mixers for 2 custom cocktails (if venue allows), barware, satellite bar, herb or fruit water station, Tossware for cocktails, and bartender. Couples provide alcohol with menu determined during planning process)
*Cake for 35 (beautiful cutting cake for couple + cupcakes or sheet cakes for guests; flavors chosen from our local baker’s menu)
*Signage (custom bar menu, table numbers, place names)
*Planning (along with above vendors that we pay, we provide research and assistance with securing outside vendors + your venue, and communicate with all of these stakeholders leading up to and day-of event. We craft and manage the timeline for the wedding day so the two of you can have a stress-free, joyful day.)
*Design (we draw from a multitude of both high-end rental sources and our own collections to create a bespoke look for your wedding - using your color preferences and personal details)
*Styling (day-of set up, styling, and breakdown of ceremony and reception spaces)
*Labor, clean up, trash haul

(Hawaii only) We now offer a Hawaiian ceremony officiated by Kumu Hula Leia Lawrence, a born and bred North Kohala practitioner of Hawaiian arts. Kumu Leia offers a ceremony with traditional conch (pū) blowing, oli (chant that is matched to your particular story), and blessing of the rings. Each ceremony is crafted to your liking. Leia also offers add-ons like lei-making the day before your ceremony. $750+
Oceanspired Arts Photography is based in Hilo and is well-known for their family, maternity, and brand work. Photographer Amy Fitzgerald captures your love story through her warm, friendly presence that makes subjects feels comfortable and at ease. Amy offers ALTAR couples an exclusive price if booked with our package. $2,000/full day
ALTAR DESTINATION/PLANNING ONLY- $5000+

$5,000 for full service planning + travel and lodging fee for ALTAR team if outside of service area, for up to 50 guests. Includes one assistant to planner. Additional staffing at $300/person may be necessary depending on scope/scale of wedding.
$6500 for up to 150 guests; includes one assistant to planner, additional labor/staffing will be necessary and will be assessed and custom quoted at time of contract.

If you have a destination location selected outside of the PNW/West Coast/Big Island but still want the same style of micro wedding, this package is for you, and is available world wide! (subject to calendar availability)
We’ll work within your budget to source, design, and style your wedding using “portable” items from our collection, all the while coordinating all your vendors.
What’s not included:
The cost of the following items are NOT included in this package, but the planning and management of them are: Venue, DJ, Bar, Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Rental Company, Catering, Cake.
We will help find, secure, and coordinate every vendor that you need for our destination package.
